IT'S ALL PERFECT
I just lost a huge post for the blog. I was so disappointed because it was "good". But I think that's the point. It was "good" but it lacked truth so the Universe just snapped it up. It's all good. I can see that now. I was thinking that I should rewrite the post but I was caught in the trap of "running out of time". Since I didn't act on my integrity - the Universe did and I am thankful that she did.

Here's what I really want to say today. It's all perfect. Even the seemingly "bad things" in your life. They are perfect for where you need to be right now. I don't know how else to explain this. If it were meant to be any other way then it would be that way. Recently, I have really learned how to finally be present to what is there. I have learned that I have spent a lot of my time looking for what is wrong. The problem is (as pointed out by a wonderful meditation leader) that since there is nothing wrong then I am spending a lot of my time looking for something that isn't there. I have learned that what I need to do is to actually see what IS there and learn to be with that. The perspective shift is huge for me. Learn to see what you have instead of what you don't.

I love you, Gina! This is a great reminder to be EXPECTING great things - good things, things that will work for my good and the good of those around me, not to be anticipating all the bad things that might happen (and usually will because that kind of anxious thought causes yucky responses).
So today, I will have great expectations!
